Abstract
为明确重庆潼南地区田间番茄嫁接口上部茎枯病病原的具体种类,本试验以嫁接口上部茎秆有坏死症状的番茄幼苗为材料,对其室内保湿培养,通过形态学方法和分子生物学方法进行病原鉴定.确定引起番茄嫁接品种嫁接口上部茎秆坏死症状的病害为灰霉病,病原菌为灰葡萄孢菌.该病原的确定为进一步的药剂筛选奠定了基础.
