高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测鸡蛋中氟虫腈及其代谢物的残留

Abstract
建立氟虫腈及其代谢物(氟甲腈、氟虫腈砜、氟虫腈亚砜)在鸡蛋中的残留分析方法.采用乙酸乙酯-环己烷(1∶1)提取,GPC净化,通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定.本方法添加回收率在80.7％ ～ 114.3％之间,相对标准偏差在3.4％ ～ 15.9％之间,定量限为0.002mg/kg.本方法净化效果好,准确度高,能适用于干扰较强的基质情况.
