Abstract
2016年3月,福建出入境检验检疫局技术中心采用血清学ELISA、电镜观察及分子生物学RT-PCR方法从一批旅检截获的日本进境水仙种球上检出水仙普通潜隐病毒(Narcissus common latent virus,NCLV)、水仙退化病毒(Narcissus degeneration virus,NDV)、水仙迟季黄化病毒(Narcissus late season yellows virus,NLSYV)和水仙黄条病毒(Narcissus yellow stripe virus,NYSV)4种病毒,这是福建口岸首次从日本进境水仙种球上检出病毒类有害生物,其中NCLV、NDV为我国口岸首次检出.
