Abstract
对疑似感染病毒的火龙果(Hylocereus undatus Britt.)进行高通量测序,分析病毒种类和相对含量,为火龙果病毒诊断和检测提供理论基础.测序reads经拼接和注释,共3 969条contig注释为病毒,包含44354 147条reads.10条contig注释为CVX-NTU (JF937699),其含有的reads占所有病毒reads数量的85.18%;10条contig注释为ZyVX(AY366208),占所有病毒reads数量的4.97%;6条contig注释为SchVX(AY366207),占所有病毒reads数量的3.75%;6条contig注释为CVX(AF308158),占所有病毒reads数量的0.26%.拼接获得的CVX-NTU序列完全覆盖CVX-NTU (JF937699)基因组,核苷酸序列一致性为97%.编码的5个ORF核苷酸序列与CVX-NTU (JF937699)一致性为97%~98%,氨基酸序列一致性为97%~99%.拼接获得的CVX-NTU序列与CVX、ZyVX和SchVX的核苷酸序列一致性分别为78%、75%和70%.这是首次利用高通量测序检测火龙果病毒的报道.
