Abstract
CRISPR基因编辑技术发展迅速,为功能基因的研究及遗传改良提供了技术支持.提高基因组编辑效率成为使用基因编辑技术的基本点,目前已取得了重要进展.本文结合CRISPR/Cas系统的作用原理、晶体结构,着重介绍目前提高编辑效率的最新研究进展,对CRISPR/Cas基因编辑效率的提高进行分析并提出改进策略.
