稻米和土壤样品经水和乙腈混合液提取,氟罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,经GC-ECD测定,外标法定量,影响本试验的关键为净化过程淋洗液比例的确定,通过摸索,确定淋洗液比例丙酮:正己烷(V:V)为20:80.本方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,添加浓度在0.05～0.20 mg/kg时,平均回收率为92%～115%,RSD为2.5%～5.5%.
