茉莉白茶窨制工艺是茉莉花释放香气和白茶吸收香气的过程,茉莉花释放香气是物理过程和化学过程相结合的过程,莱莉花在温度空气水分的作用下,散发出香气因子,随着时间的变化,茉莉花也随之开放,从而释放出香气.白茶在吸收的时候是物理过程,在吸收香气的同时还吸收了大量的水分,由于有水热作用的原因还会产生化学过程.
