Abstract
利用已克隆的水稻细胞质雄性不育恢复基因,在水稻全基因组中检索育性恢复基因的同源基因,然后对这些基因进行了遗传进化分析、亚细胞定位预测、蛋白质结构域分析、蛋白质序列比对分析和蛋白质三级结构预测.根据生物信息学分析结果,筛选了可能具有功能的候选基因,为进一步的遗传研究和功能鉴定提供信息参考.
