Abstract
利用水稻温敏核不育系核心单株筛选时的花粉镜检结果,分段统计水稻温敏核不育系群体染色花粉率的分布,设计了染色花粉率变幅、平均染色花粉率、染色花粉率为0的株率、株率峰值及其染色花粉率区段5个指标来分析判断不育系的育性转换特性和群体育性稳定性.结果表明,该方法可以更深入了解水稻温敏核不育系的群体育性表现.
