Abstract
为检测藏药红花绿绒蒿中总黄酮的含量,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交设计试验优化红花绿绒蒿中总黄酮的提取工艺,并用紫外分光光度法测定提取的红花绿绒蒿中总黄酮的含量.结果表明,可使用60％乙醇提取红花绿绒蒿中的总黄酮,提取时间为1.5 h,料液比为1:40,测得样品中总黄酮含量为1.06 mg/g.表明所建立的红花绿绒蒿中总黄酮的提取工艺简便可行、重现性较好,可作为红花绿绒蒿药材质量评价的依据.
