Abstract

以野牡丹新品种‘天骄’、‘超群’、‘心愿’的当年生半木质化枝条作为试验材料,研究基质、植物生长调节剂的种类和浓度对3个品种扦插生根的影响.结果表明,使用泥炭作为基质对3个品种的扦插效果最佳.适用于‘天骄’、‘超群’、‘云彩’3种野牡丹的最佳植物生长调节剂处理分别是使用500 mg/L IBA、500mg/LABT和200 mg/L ABT浸泡插穗15min.
