利用SRAP检验棉花种子纯度

Abstract
SRAP是一种新型的基于PCR的标记系统,分别利用SRAP技术和田间种植鉴定方法对对鲁垦棉33号、仁和39号、鲁棉研18号、中植棉2号、鲁棉研36号共5个棉花品种进行纯度的鉴定,结果表明:SRAP鉴定结果与田间种植鉴定结果的一致性较好,利用SRAP标记进行种子纯度鉴定,替代田间种植鉴定,操作简便,鉴定快速经济高效,同时可以克服田间种植鉴定周期长、易受环境影响等缺点.
