Abstract
葡萄新品种‘北玺’由‘玫瑰香’与山葡萄杂交育成.浆果在北京地区9月底成熟.果粒近圆或椭圆形,紫黑或蓝黑色.平均单穗质量137.9 g,单粒质量2.24 g.可溶性固形物含量23.8％,可滴定酸含量0.52％,出汁率67.4％.抗寒和抗病能力强.酿制的葡萄酒颜色深宝石红,入口柔和、协调,酒体厚实,回味悠长.
