基于响应面法优化牡丹切花涂膜保鲜剂配方的研究

Abstract
为延长牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)切花的保鲜时间,在对海藻酸钠、柠檬酸和壳聚糖单因素试验的基础上,进行Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,并通过响应面回归分析优化牡丹切花涂膜保鲜剂配方.结果表明牡丹切花涂膜保鲜剂的最佳配方为:海藻酸钠16.9 g·L-1,柠檬酸3.1 g·L-1,壳聚糖15.3 g·L-1.在此条件下,牡丹切花常温贮藏一周后的总色差值(△E)为2.11,失水率为2.01%,与对照组相比切花的观赏品质显著提高.
