Abstract
草莓色泽鲜艳、风味独特、营养丰富,且生产周期短、收益高,深受生产者和消费者青睐.据中国园艺学会草莓分会统计,2018年我国草莓种植面积己达17万hm2(256万亩),产量逾500万t,产值600亿元以上,已成为世界草莓生产和消费的第一大国.目前我国栽培的草莓主要为一季型冬季草莓,又叫短日照草莓,采收时间主要集中在12月至翌年5月,6～11月为草莓市场空缺期.
