响应面试验优化加压水提法提取笃斯越桔多糖的工艺研究

Abstract
以笃斯越桔(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)为试材,在单因素试验基础上,考察提取时间、提取压力、提取温度对笃斯越桔粗多糖得率的影响;利用Box-Behnken中心组合试验建立数学模型,采用响应面优化加压水提法提取笃斯越桔多糖的工艺,以期为深入研究笃斯越桔果实多糖提供参考依据.结果表明:最优提取工艺为提取时间23 min、提取压力1.2 MPa,提取温度81℃,笃斯越桔粗多糖得率达(7.48±0.11)%,与预测值的相对误差为0.09 9,说明响应面法优化笃斯越桔果实中提取多糖的工艺可行.
