Abstract
以番茄品种‘1501黄’为试材,采用喷雾接种法,研究了4株茄链格孢菌(Alternaria solani)的致病性和分生孢子适宜接种浓度,于番茄苗期接种鉴定其抗性水平,以期为番茄早疫病的抗病育种提供依据.结果表明:GY7和GY9为番茄早疫病致病菌株,适宜接种浓度为1×106个·mL-1;分生孢子形态各异,倒棍棒至长椭圆形,0～7个横膈膜,0～3个纵膈膜,大小多在(60～150)μm×(15～30)μm,具喙,喙宽约5μm;供试15份番茄材料中有9份属于早疫病抗性材料,3份中抗材料,3份中度感早疫病材料.
