Abstract
以核桃青皮为试材,以核桃青皮粗多糖得率为响应值,在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平响应面分析法,研究超声提取因素对核桃青皮粗多糖得率的影响,确定核桃青皮粗多糖超声提取工艺.结果表明:核桃青皮超声最佳提取条件为超声功率比60%、提取时间30 min、温度60℃,在该条件下核桃青皮粗多糖的提取得率为15.09%.
