Abstract
我国利用的南瓜栽培种主要有中国南瓜(Cucurbita moschataD.)、印度南瓜(C.maxima L.)和美洲南瓜(C.pepo L.).试验利用中国南瓜中皮色、果形及黄酮含量等性状互补的2份亲本材料构建了基于F2代分离群体的分子遗传图谱,包含87个分子标记、2个形态标记、18个连锁群,覆盖基因组1 038.9 cM,平均遗传距离为11.67 cM;并对南瓜果实长棒形(longstick,Is)、全黄性状(yellowfull,yf)及果实黄酮含量(flavonoids,fl)进行了遗传定位.
