以强雌性系‘HZ006’为母本、自交系‘GY07’为父本选配出早熟、高产、优质的白皮苦瓜新品种‘白雪’,该品种全生育期120～210 d,主蔓第1雌花节位12.9节;商品瓜长棒状,长31.4 cm,横径6.2 cm,肉厚0.9 cm,单果质量355.5 g,667 m2产量2 333.3 kg;商品性优良,果实苦味轻,果肉脆,田间较抗白粉病,适于长江中下游及西南地区栽培.2015年5月通过江苏省农业委员会科学技术成果鉴定.
