Abstract
对引进的黑牛肝菌子实体进行组织分离,获得的母种进行不同保存方法比较试验.试验结果:黑牛肝菌母种在常温下保存,90 d后菌丝活力94%;而在4℃冰箱中保存,90 d后,菌丝活力下降至15%.结果表明长期保存黑牛肝菌最好的保存方法是室内常温保存.
