Abstract
对杏鲍菇水溶性多糖和碱溶性多糖的提取工艺进行了研究.结果显示,杏鲍菇粉用无水乙醇脱脂、0.5%木瓜蛋白酶水解后,加20倍体积水在90℃提取1 h,提取2次,水溶性多糖得率为11.3%.提取水溶性多糖后的残渣用20倍体积4%NaOH溶液,于70℃提取1 h,提取2次,碱溶性多糖得率为4.3%.研究为杏鲍菇多糖的综合提取提供了有益参考.
