Abstract
以蛹虫草菌皮为材料,研究虫草多糖和虫草素的提取工艺,通过单因素正交试验考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比及提取次数4个因素对虫草多糖和虫草素提取率的影响,建立了提取虫草多糖及虫草素的最佳工艺,即优化条件为:提取温度100℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶10,提取次数2次,此时虫草多糖提取率可达8.72%,虫草素的提取率达到0.2908%。
