水果甘蓝"甜味55"是以自交不亲和系B0309为母本,以自交不亲和系B0313为父本配制而成的一代杂交种.其栽培成熟期55 d左右;植株开展度为47.9 cm,生长势较强,整齐度好;叶色浅绿,蜡粉中等;叶球牛心形,肉质脆嫩清甜、适宜生食,熟食口感也较佳;单球质量1.0 kg左右,每667 m2产量4854.3 kg,适宜江苏省及类似生态条件地区春、秋季栽培.
