Abstract
以紫薯品种泰中11号为试验材料,对紫薯脱毒苗的组培快繁技术进行了研究.结果显示:MS培养基有利于提高紫薯脱毒苗的成活率.最适合紫薯试管苗生长的NAA浓度为0.5～1.0 mg/L.当6-BA浓度为0.1～1.0 mg/L时,更有利于紫薯脱毒试管苗的快速生长.
