Abstract
秦巴山区位于北亚热带向暖温带的过渡地带,境内黑木耳种质资源十分丰富,是我国黑木耳主产区之一.充分利用当地黑木耳种质资源,选育出抗逆性强、遗传稳定性好、产量高的优良菌株,以改善黑木耳品质和提高产量.从秦巴山区采集分离野生黑木耳(A uricularia auricula)菌株8个,经过系统选育,选育出优良菌株A91#,命名为“森盛1号”.森盛1号菌丝体洁白浓密,菌落边缘整齐、均匀,子实体单片簇生,抗绿霉等杂菌能力强,属中早熟品种.栽培试验表明,袋料栽培每100千克干料平均产鲜耳82.166 kg,比对照菌株(A268)增产15.35%;段木栽培试验每架平均产量为5.716 kg,比对照品种提高16.49%.
