食用菌生产的关键技术,在于配料、灭菌、接种和温湿度控制等环节.姬松茸筐式栽培技术,主要针对姬松茸发酵料在农牧区分散栽培过时,在发酵料转运过程中易造成二次污染,筐式栽培正好解决了规模发酵与分散栽培的生产问题,为农牧区零星栽培姬松茸等食用菌创造了条件.
