Abstract
研究了从姬松茸子实体中提取水溶性多糖的工艺,通过单因子试验,确定水溶性多糖的提取工艺;正交试验进一步优化提取工艺:即子实体粉碎,姬松茸干粉与水的比为1∶20,在85℃水浴中两次抽提2.5h,提取液用75%(终体积分数)乙醇醇析,在此最佳提取工艺下,多糖得率为13.37%.
