茶薪菇Agrocybe chaxingu是主产于福建的一种食、药两用菌,食味鲜美,口感脆嫩,香味浓郁.该菇含人体所需氨基酸以及多种微量元素,是美味的保健食品,被誉为中华神菇.目前干菇260元/kg,高时达到360元.近年来茶薪菇虽能人工栽培,但产量低,主要问题是菌种和栽培料配方的选择.现将我们进行栽培试验的结果简报如下.
