有效利用食用菌废料,可为发展“菇-菜”生态高效栽培模式提供丰富的有机质肥料,既经济又环保.为此,柯城区蔬菜技术推广中心把科学有效再利用食用菌废料作为技术攻关课题项目,经多次配方品比试验及研究,取得较好成效,课题已获省农业丰收奖和市政府科技进步奖.
