Abstract
利用SRAP分子标记技术,对闽茄5号及其亲本材料、新组合(06-29×06-16)及其亲本材料的DNA特异型条带进行分析研究,经过多次重复试验,从100对引物组合中筛选出1对引物(Em2/Me5)能扩增出闽茄5号及其父本的多态性条带;1对引物(Em3/Me3)能扩增出新组合(06-29×06-16)及其父本的多态性条带.说明该方法重复性好、准确性高的优点,可用于茄子近缘品种间的检测.
