Abstract
为了进一步研究紫苏籽油提取工艺,在非预浸提的情况下,应用超声提取法,对影响紫苏籽油提取率的显著性因素进行响应面Box-Behnken分析与优化.研究得出最优条件为:溶剂为体积分数70％乙醇溶液,固液比为1:10 g/mL,时间为34.66 min,功率为80.93W,水浴温度为59.92℃,实际平均提取率为23.78％±0.014％.结果 表明,超声提取紫苏籽油合理有效,响应面优化该种提取工艺现实可靠.
