低温胁迫对紫萼玉簪根系3种生理指标的影响

Abstract
对紫萼玉簪(Hosta ventricosa)进行人工低温胁迫处理以及入冬自然降温过程采样的试验,测定2种低温过程中根系丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性糖质量分数变化并进行对比分析.结果表明:人工低温胁迫试验中,紫萼玉簪根系的MDA质量摩尔浓度随着低温胁迫时间的延长呈现先下降后上升的趋势,SOD活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,二者呈负相关关系,可溶性糖质量分数呈现逐渐升高的趋势,各项指标在0℃ 胁迫的变化幅度均大于4℃胁迫的.自然降温过程中,SOD活性呈现逐渐下降的趋势,MDA质量摩尔浓度呈现上升趋势,可溶性糖质量分数呈现上升趋势,但变化速度较慢.当地温自然降至2~3℃时,三项指标变化趋势均趋于稳定,认为紫萼玉簪根系基本进入越冬休眠的地温温度为2~3℃.
