指出了近年来信阳市逐步扩大城市框架,随着城市建设及郊区城市化建设的快速发展,征地拆迁范围和规模也在不断扩大.越来越多的土地被征用,征收土地的地上附着物的清点、补偿成为征地拆迁工作中的重要内容.结合工作实际,针对信阳市城郊征地拆迁中地上附着物树木类调查方法进行了探讨、总结,同时一并探讨了调查报告编写,以供参考.
