Abstract
对南漳烟区烤烟与国内外优质烟叶的常规化学成分、多酚含量、有机酸含量和中性致香成分进行了分析比较,结果表明:南漳烟区钾含量偏低,糖含量稍高,多酚类物质和有机酸含量适宜,中性致香物质高于恩施和贵州,但显著低于巴西烟区,和津巴布韦差距也较大.为此,生产管理中需要尽可能结合当地的生态条件,提高南漳烟区烤烟的钾含量和香气成分.
