Abstract
对12个桂花品种越冬期间叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和相对含水量的变化进行了研究。结果表明,自然低温胁迫下,可溶性蛋白含量表现出先降后升、最后下降的趋势,可溶性糖含量是先升后降,叶片相对含水量呈现不断降低的趋势。结合越冬表现,抗寒性较强的品种有晚银桂、朱砂丹桂等,而金球桂和堰红桂抗寒性最差。
