Abstract
以夹竹桃(Nerium indicum Mill)茎段为外植体,采用均匀设计法进行培养基配方的设计,结果表明:腋芽萌发诱导的最适培养基为MS+ 6-BA 1.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,腋芽诱导率可达96%以上;生根培养的最适培养基为1/2MS(大量元素)+1/4MS(铁盐)+IBA 1.00 mg/L+ NAA 0.02 mg/L,生根率达95%左右.成功建立了夹竹桃的微体繁殖体系.
