Abstract
为研究皮胎果(Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.)果品贮藏保鲜技术,延长果品食用期限,调剂市场供应,减少损耗,提高商品价值,本文研究探讨了气调库贮藏、窖藏法、架藏法、土法简易贮藏4种贮藏保鲜方法,并总结出了其贮藏保鲜技术,为果农提供了贮藏保鲜技术支撑.
