以采集自延边地区的松杉灵芝4个菌株(YBSS1、YBSS2、YBSS3、YBSS4)作为研究材料,测定菌丝的长势和生长状态,进行母种培养基筛选.通过栽培试验测试质量性状,确定最优菌株.结果表明:木屑浸汁+PDA混合培养基为最适母种培养基;"菌株YBSS2"菌丝活力和生长状态以及出菇试验获得的子实体质量性状较好,为最优菌株.
