Abstract
通过设置不同配方的培养基筛选试验对野生滑子蘑子实体组织分离获得的菌种进行培养,测试不同培养基对菌丝生长速度及长势的影响,根据菌丝的生长量筛选最佳母种培养基配方.结果表明:滑子蘑菌丝在不同培养基上的生长差异显著,在添加麦麸、黄豆粉、柞木木屑等的复合培养基上菌丝郁密度和长势均较强.
