Pediatric onset liver diseases transitioning to adult care: Preliminary data on a still orphan area requiring a consensus

Objective: Differently from other chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, CF, IBD) modalities of transition of adolescents and young adults with pediatric onset hepatobiliary diseases are still a neglected area of investigation, thus being a reported possible cause of morbidity and mortality. Here we present preliminary data of an European pilot collaborative survey.
