茴香、向日葵、棉花副产品配比苜蓿对饲粮组合效应研究

Abstract
为了探讨茴香秸秆、茴香秕壳、向日葵秸秆、向日葵盘、棉花秸秆、棉桃壳6种农作物副产品(秸秆或秕壳)与苜蓿配比对饲粮组合效应的影响,本试验采用体外产气法测定了在精粗比30∶70时,精料补充料∶秸秆或秕壳∶苜蓿干草为30∶70∶0,30∶63∶7,30:56:14,30∶49∶21,30∶42∶28,30∶35 ∶ 35,30 ∶ 28∶42,30:21 ∶ 49,30∶14∶56,30∶7∶63,30∶0∶70时的11组饲料组合及8种原料分别培养2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72,96 h内的产气量,并通过24 h产气量和各组合的加权估算值计算出各组合的组合效应值(AE).6种秸秆或秕壳共(11×6)+8个原料=74种饲粮组合.结果表明:14%、7%和0茴香秸秆组的效应较大,依次为58.74%,54.18%和77.91%,极显著高于70%、63%和56%组(P<0.01).茴香秕壳各组的AE均为正值.7%、14%、21%、28%向日葵秸秆组的AE较大,其中7%向日葵秸秆组的AE最大,为124.84%.向日葵盘各组的AE均为正值,7%向日葵盘组的AE值最大,为143.84%.0,70%,7%棉花秆组的AE依次为77.91%,57.76%和54.56%.7%,14%,21%和0棉桃壳组的AE分别为139.05%,100.09%,86.22%和77.91%.结论:7%,14%,21%秸秆或秕壳组AE较大,可节省苜蓿干草.
