Abstract
取220只小鼠随机分为11组,即健康对照组、给药组(9个组)和环磷酰胺(CY)模型组,每组20只.其中,给药组的9个组中,硒化太子参多糖2(sRPP2)、硒化太子参多糖3(sRPP3)和太子参多糖(RPP)各按质量浓度1,2,3 g/L分别设3个组.健康对照组和环磷酰胺(CY)模型组皮下注射生理盐水,持续14 d.给药组皮下注射给药,连续14 d.15 d开始,除了健康对照组,9个给药组和环磷酰胺(CY)模型组腹腔注射环磷酰胺,连续注射3d,分别测定免疫器官指数、免疫球蛋白IgM和IgG的含量、巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6含量、免疫细胞吞噬指数.结果显示:sRPP2、sRPP3、RPP各项指标都高于环磷酰胺组(P<0.05).结果表明:硒化修饰能增强太子参多糖对免疫损伤小鼠的免疫保护作用,sRPP3的作用最好.
