微流路精子分离器优选技术对精子质量的影响

Abstract
为了体外受精分离出优质活力精子,筛选出有效的优质精子的分离方法.采集小鼠附睾中精液,稀释后利用微流路精子分离器(MFSS)分离精子,检测及分析分离后的精液质量.结果表明:精液样本通过MFSS分离前后,精子活力由43.12％提高到87.18％ (P＜0.05);直线速度由161.20 μm/s提高到248.24 μm/s(P＜0.05).与上游法相比,经微流路精子分离器优选精子后,精子质量得到较大的改善.
