Abstract
为提高鸡传染性支气管炎疫苗效价检测效率,采用鸡胚接种结合RT-PCR的方法进行检测,即病毒梯度稀释并接种鸡胚后,用RT-PCR检测感染鸡胚情况,RT-PCR阳性即判此鸡胚感染,用Reed-Muench公式计算其EID50.结果表明:与现有的侏儒胚方法相比,鸡胚接种结合RT-PCR的方法检测结果稳定、敏感性高、特异性强、重复性更好,检测周期缩短3d.
