Abstract
本研究利用MALDI-TOF-MS技术对67只雪山鸡A-FABP基因编码区候选单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)位点进行扫描,进一步验证SNPs是否存在,并且与脂肪性状进行关联分析.结果表明:A-FABP基因在外显子1中存在同义突变:即T/C突变,得到3种基因型,T、C等位基因频率分别为0.239和0.761,并处于遗传平衡状态;TT型个体的腿肌中C16∶0脂肪酸含量显著高于CT和CC型个体(P＜0.05).初步认为A-FABP基因应是肌肉脂肪酸性状的候选标记.
