Abstract
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)标记，分析了BALB／c、C57BL／6、DBA／2、C3H／He近交系小鼠的遗传多态性。结果表明，上述小鼠表现出了各自不同的多态性RAPD标记；RAPD可作为近交系小鼠的分子标记。在DNA水平区别4种近交系小鼠。
