Abstract
采用超临界CO2法和有机溶剂法萃取雄蚕蛾油,对比分析了萃取工艺、蚕蛾油的感官品质和脂肪酸组成,结果表明:超临界CO2法工艺简单、时间短、萃取效率高,所得的雄蚕蛾油浅黄色清亮透明、无异味、不饱和脂肪酸含量较高、品质较好.
