温室效应引起的全球变暖,冰川融化,海平面上升,是全世界面临的问题.在畜牧业中,反刍动物的甲烷排放量最大,甲烷属第二大温室气体.文章综述了甲烷排放的机理,测定甲烷排放的方法、甲烷排放对瘤胃pH、NH3-N浓度和瘤胃微生物结构的影响,旨在阐明日粮结构与瘤胃发酵机制的关系,为甲烷减排和改善瘤胃发酵提供理论依据.
