Abstract
试验建立了饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮荧光定量检测方法.结果 表明:玉米赤霉烯酮在0.1～1.6 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.999 0.以配合饲料、浓缩饲料、预混料为添加基质,其回收率在80％～120％,检出限为0.1 mg/L.该方法灵敏度高、操作简单、结果准确.
